The Addicting Daily Life of Persona

Players are a curious bunch, we love to play at some of the most ordinary aspects of life. Be it building a house in Animal Crossing, or flying a commercial airplane in Microsoft Flight Simulator, or gardening in Stardew Valley. We all seem to love to play at life in some of the most normal or mundane ways. Nothing more ordinary than Persona’s daily school life.

School Sim

A spin off from Atlus’s Shin Megami Tensei, Persona has since become the flagship franchise in the publisher / developer’s portfolio. Vastly overshadowing it’s original, partly due to it’s modern day setting and simulation elements. Introduced in Persona 3, it has since become a staple and synonymous with the series. Some might say it may even be a bigger draw than the actual combat and battle system itself now. This player certainly would.

The School Calendar System

The modern Persona games now all take place roughly through one school year. From beginning to end. We start as a newcomer to a school who will on their journey, gain supernatural powers, fight monsters, make allies, and defeat some sort of evil god. All by the end of the school year…
